Product design and use: Shelves are adjustable in 1.5" increments to accommodate varied carton and bin sizes. Construction and finish: The finish is powder-coated gray steel. Shelf positioning: Adjustable shelving lets the storage layout be arranged around the items being stored rather than requiring every level to remain at a fixed position. Use the adjustment information for this model when planning shelf spacing, and account for the height of the contents as well as access above them. Boltless configuration: The boltless connection format is an important part of the shelving system’s configuration. Select components by their manufacturer series and connection style, not by dimensions alone. A starter section, an extension, and an individual shelf component serve different purposes even when their nominal measurements match.
