Product design and use: The rivet connection supports adjustable shelf placement, stable shelf spans, and straightforward reconfiguration—ideal for industrial shelving, steel storage racks, and light-to-medium heavy-duty shelving needs. Construction and finish: The finish is gray powder-coat. Dimensions and placement: The size identified in the product name is 15". Shelf positioning: Adjustable shelving lets the storage layout be arranged around the items being stored rather than requiring every level to remain at a fixed position. Use the adjustment information for this model when planning shelf spacing, and account for the height of the contents as well as access above them. Boltless configuration: The boltless connection format is an important part of the shelving system’s configuration. Select components by their manufacturer series and connection style, not by dimensions alone. A starter section, an extension, and an individual shelf component serve different purposes even when their nominal measurements match.
