Item FK-1P1822-DBL · FireKing
The FireKing One Drawer File Cabinet provides a dedicated filing location where a larger cabinet would take up unnecessary space. Its single-drawer layout accommodates letter- and legal-size records for small offices, individual workstations, and limited record collections. FireKing describes a cam lock supplied with two keys and recessed handles. The manufacturer states one-hour paper and digital-media fire protection for this family; those claims should be read with the applicable model documentation rather than substituted for another cabinet’s test classification. Key features: • Single filing drawer for letter and legal documents. • Cam lock with two keys. • Recessed handles. • Finish is determined by the selected SKU, not a generic family color. Your selected configuration: Manufacturer model 1P1822-DBL identifies this exact item. Selected configuration: One Drawer Fire Rated File. Selected finish: Black. The selected configuration is the one associated with this SKU’s image and price. Alternative colors, drawer counts, capacities, and door styles are separate selections, not additional items supplied with this purchase. Application and selection guidance: Allow space for the drawer to open fully and compare the file arrangement with the folders you use. Select the listed finish rather than relying on a family photograph. Follow the manufacturer’s operating and protection instructions for the contents being stored. Installation and protection planning: Before ordering, compare the selected model’s exterior dimensions, usable interior, and operating clearances with the intended location and contents. Plan the access route and follow the manufacturer’s placement, loading, and operating instructions. Fire, water, and security ratings describe different tests and are not interchangeable. Accessories, alternative locks, and interior organizers are included only when expressly listed for the selected configuration.
